Mouse Scroll wheel broken?

Hello,

I have the 2014 Razer Naga, and for the most part, it is a very nice mouse. But the scroll wheel on it seems to be broken. Whenever I try to scroll down the page, it starts to go crazy and scroll in the opposite direction. I've read into it and there seems to be a lot of problems like this with the Razer Naga. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this same problem and are there ways of fixing it?

use this video, just blow into the gap between scroll wheel and buttons. Use a straw to increase effectiveness. just fixed all my problems.
