I bought a cheap Sentey Aphelion mouse for everyday use and for gaming. However, I did a clean install of Windows, but when I went to check for the software on their website, I found that Sentey had removed all traces of their mouse offerings, including the software used to configure the buttons on the mouse. Is there any way to clear/change the buttons configured on the mouse via a third-party or Windows method, or am I stuck?

I looked around on google for a couple mins and I did see that they don't offer any mouse software anymore but a guy from a youtube video had a link to the software the a Lumenata Pro mouse. Maybe you could try installing that and see if it works for your mouse. Also be careful if you look around several pages down google because bad people must know about how hard the driver is to find. I found several websites with totally different names that all popped up the exact same thing thing that said to click to download the driver.
