Mouse stutter with USB 3.0

Hi;
I just bought Redragon Centrophorus and using it on Win10 on Asus X550jk. The mouse stutters randomly, it just freezes for a 0.5 - 1 second but the lights stays on. It was happening alot without installing the driver. After the driver installation it droped down significantly but still happens. I tryed 2 USB 3.0 they both had the same problem, I switched to USB 2 port, tryed for a few hours, so long no freeze in sight, it didn't freeze yet but my USB 2.0 port is blocking my mouse pad, it is very inconvenient. I tryed it on Win7 with USB 3.0 port, the random freezes kept on going but this time with very small amounts like split seconds. Is there a fix for this?

Probably the USB driver update could help. If it fails to update or already the latest version of driver is installed, try going to Device Manager and removing the USB driver from there, restarting the PC, and letting Windows install the USB driver automatically.

Mouse also added HID(human interface devices) to the Device Manager. Should I just uninstall the the one on Universal Serial Bus controllers or all of them? Should I keep the mouse plugged in while doing it? If so, to USB 2.0 or USB 3.0?

It says drivers are up to date. Both HID and USBc. I uninstalled the one on Universal Serial Bus controllers and restarted while mouse is plugged in on USB 2.0 now. I will keep using and report back. Don't know if I did what you suggested exactly.

Please remove all the Universal Serial Bus controllers and if possible remove the HID as well. Before restarting, disconnect the mouse, and let Windows restart without it.

After the restart, use the keyboard to shut down Windows (don't restart, but shut down Windows), reconnect the mouse to the USB 3.0 port, power on the computer, and let Windows automatically detect the mouse and install the compatible drivers.

If needed, restart Windows again.

Please remove all the Universal Serial Bus controllers and if possible remove the HID as well. Before restarting, disconnect the mouse, and let Windows restart without it.

After the restart, use the keyboard to shut down Windows (don't restart, but shut down Windows), reconnect the mouse to the USB 3.0 port, power on the computer, and let Windows automatically detect the mouse and install the compatible drivers.

If needed, restart Windows again.

It didn't work. Now I disabled XHCI from BIOS. Trying that now.

Update: Been 2 days now, not a single freeze in sight. Mouse feels a little slower tho (sensitivity vise). I think disabling XHCI fixed it.
