Question Mouse stutters when CPU under load

Hey. So I recently built a new gaming PC...

• Intel Core i5-8600K
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
• MSI Z370 Gaming M5
• 2x8GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4
• Crucial MX500 250GB
• Seagate BarraCuda 1TB
• Cooler Master Masterwatt 650
• NZXT Kraken X62

When playing any slightly demanding game, my mouse starts stuttering and moving extreeeemely slow, feels like my sensitivity drops to 0. I'm pretty sure I might have missed something when setting up the PC (as it is admittedly my first time doing so), cuz I don't get how a high-end CPU would give me this kind of issues. The only solutions I've found online were regarding display scaling and high DPI settings, which haven't done anything for me. I must add, the CPU isn't overclocked and I'm currently using a Logitech G502 Spectrum. Any help is welcome.

What mouse is it?

IF it is from a gaming peripherals company it will probably have software and drivers that you can play with

It's a Logitech G502 Spectrum. I've already installed Logitech's Gaming Software, but that doesn't seem to have much of a relationship with the problem

Do you have access to another mouse than you can try it with?

I've tried three different mice with no improvement. It has to be something CPU-related.
