Mouse with high-resistance firm buttons?

Does anyone sell a mouse with buttons that require a heavier push than usual?
My mouse is an ordinary 3-button with a scroll-wheel middle button.
When I rest my hand on the mouse, the buttons depress too easily.
A gamer mouse is probably the opposite of what I need, since gamers require quick response to minimal finger motion.

What make and model mouse?

Do you use a wrist rest and or mouse pad?

Try rearranging some aka the ergonomics involved.

Otherwise about all you can do is go to a few big box stores, office supply stores, computer stores, etc. and physically try the various mice on display.

You may be able to identify other products less sensitive than your existing mouse.

Thanks!
I'm using a $10 Lenovo mouse. I've used a similar Logitech. These are not gamers' mice; they are basic, with no model names.
I use a mouse pad, no wrist rest.
I have tried mice on display at BestBuy and Staples. They all feature feather-touch buttons. My heavy-handed mousing is too much for them.
I haven't tried wedging a bit of foam rubber under the buttons; that's next!
