Mouse wont work (left click)

My mouse was working fine yesterday but upon bootup today i clicked the steam icon in the task bar and it opened but suddenly the left click stopped working.

The leftclick works on any left clicked menus but nowhere else.

Ive plugged in other mice only to recieve the same problem

Try doing a power off shutdown and startup by holding down the shift key when you click on shutdown.

I had accidentily rebound the buttons using some software
