Move Dell Precision T5810 into aftermarket case

I have a Dell Precision T5810 lying around and was wondering whether I could move the contents to a case with better airflow (preferrably ATX).

That motherboard will never match up with a retail case. Mounting holes are different and size is wrong.Then there's the proprietary connectors...

I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with the airflow in that system.
