[SOLVED] Move hdd to new PC

Im about to install win10 on an SSD and use my current hard drive a secondary storage device. Will I be able to just plug my old hard drive into my win10 machine and be able to access my data even if i leave the win7 on it? The main reason for this is because I do not know how else i will move my microsoft office over to my new system

Microsoft Office and other existing applications on the HDD won't run simply by moving the HDD to your new PC.
You will have to install Microsoft Office on your new system using the original install media.

How do i get access to the installation media? I downloaded it from microsoft.
Forgetting about Office, will i be able to access files from my old hdd on my new machine?

I have located my product key that is issue 1 fixed. Will i be able to access the data stored on my current hdd if i just plug it in?

Yes, but to access any data in your previous user account folders on the HDD, you'll need to take ownership of those folders, otherwise Windows will deny access:
