Moved Alienware x51 motherboard to new case, Ethernet stopped working

So I recently just moved over the Alienware x51 motherboard over to a new case so I could fit my gtx 1060 with it, when I turn on my pc it shows my Ethernet cable as unplugged even though it is definitely plugged in and connected, I even tried switching out cables and no luck.

First try the usual, use another ethernet cable or test the cable with another device.

After, go to device management and look at the status of the ethernet network adapter.
If it is not correct, disable it or erase it so that it is recreated automatically.
