Moved my computer between houses and now overheats.

I just recently moved my computer from one house to another and now it will gradually increase in temperature until it turns itself off. The computer worked perfectly beforehand and would sit at around 35-40 °c idle. I have replaced thermal paste on aio and is fully secure. I have noticed that the radiator on the aio is still cool to the touch when on.

Specs:
Ryzen 1700
16gb ddr4 vengeance
1070 GPU
Nzxt kraken AIO.

Check whether the pump is working or not. You should be able to hear it when close to the plate. Touch the two tubings, one should be hot, other should be cooler. If they sit in the same temp, the pump is failed

I couldn't feel much difference if any. The cables are braided so I don't know if that would prevent me from feeling temperature.
