Question Movie Studio 16 render quality issue

I recently got movie studio 16 and have been making videos for youtube with it. I have the video properties set to 1080p and 60fps. Yet when I render it to youtube it comes out only in 480p. I've searched around and apparently, there is supposed to be a render button in the project tab, but I don't see one.

*sorry if I posted in the wrong forum, thought this would be the best place for it since I have windows 10
