Moving a modem. So many splitters and coaxial cables.

Hello!

I was moving my modem from this little alley in our house into a more central location. I was going to move it, then I saw all these cables and splitters! I was moving it as the speed was low compared to what I pay for, and I realized that there is multiple 3 way splitters! I just wanted to make sure that unplugging the modem will not affect any other devices in my home.

And you think that picture is gonna help any of us? We are not THAT good! We need a DIAGRAM buddy. Without one, you are taking guesses and yes you will affect the connected devices.

By unplugging a device from a splitter is not going to change other devices
But if you are adding splitter or changing between different signal strength output, it will.

I am just going to unplug the coaxial cable from the splitter then move it to another coaxial outlet. Plug it in (using a 2 splitter as it will share the outlet with a TV) and thats that. Not going to add any splitters to that pile.
