Moving Appdata to free up SSD

Can it be done without causing issues? I've googled it but every website seems to have conflicting opinions on the process, thanks, again!
 
Solution
Don't move AppData. Use Windows Disk Clean-up and clean up system files. Use CCleaner to clean up your system. If you move AppData directory you're likely to give yourself more problems than a lack of disk space.

If you've updated Windows 7 to Windows 10 and have no intention of going back you might be able to delete you previous install backup through Windows Disk Clean-up.

There is no "conflict".
Anyone who says "Sure, just do it", is trolling, wanting you to hose up your system.
