Moving folders problem

I got an annoying issue that many times I try to move folders from my user folder and get the message "folder in use by another program" and got to select either try again or cancel. It happens very often and it's really annoying. How I can fix that? And I am pretty sure that I am not using any file of this folder when it happens..

What folder is it? If you NEED to move it, a program like unlocker is a virtue. http://filehippo.com/download_unlocker

A common folder with pdf and jpeg images. Just want to move it. If I wait a min or so and try again it will move it but that crap happens too often and it's annoying, and I don't really use the folder so something else stupid hidden thing from windows is using it 😡
