Solution
After you have completed the cloning process to the larger SSD, disconnect the old one and start up the computer. Make sure the new one boots into Windows and the full capacity of the new SSD is recognized. If everything is OK, you can power down, reconnect the old SSD and format it for use as a secondary storage device.
Plug the 512GB drive in the computer
download macrium reflect
Select the 250GB (should have little check mark boxes under the drive, make sure you check the OS and system reserved) and click clone this disc, in the new window select the 512GB.
Reboot computer and enter bios and set the 512GB as the primary boot drive
Load into windows and make sure everything is ok
Format 250GB drive.

Samsung drives come with a data migration utility. Move over what you don't want on the new SSD to your 4 TB drive, plug in the new drive, boot from the old one, install that utility, and just schlep all of the data that you still want over from the old SSD to the new one. It will set your partition to the full capacity of the new drive.

Is there any tutorial video on youtube for this can you link me a good one?
