Question Moving Lines and Green Edge Monitor

The edges were white before but after using the monitor for an hour it starts to turn into green and is almost gone. Is this repairable? Please I need brief explanation. Thanks in advance.

if you are using the onscreen display of the monitor settings, is the green picture there as well? Then it´s the monitor

Could be the graphics card, do you have a spare or onboard graphics to test with or a different computer to test the monitor there?

How did you connect the monitor? check the cable or try a different one

My GPU is good. I have tried it in other PC. I think the problem is the monitor. Any monitor technicians? Is this repairable?

If it´s still under warranty, RMA it. Which brand and model is it?
