Leave it where it is. With 32GB RAM, it is rarely accessed anyway.

Yeah. I thought that too ... until my 970 evo died (got locked and no writing possible anymore).The TBW of current drives is soooo large, in regular consumer use, you would not see that number for many many years.

And can't return the damn thing either, because can't sanitize/secure erase locked drive and it's full with personal info.
