due a problem in my grandma´s pc I want to move Her´s hdd to my pc but the problem that i have is what will happened with the documents that where in the desktop (I will use the hdd as a secondary hdd)I have 1 ssd where i have the OS,a hdd where i have my games and the hdd of my grandma

Solution
If you can access the HDD on your PC, the documents will be there when you move it to your PC. You may have to take ownership of the folders through the folder properties, but you should be able to get to them, back them up, move them wherever you need, etc. If you format her HDD, her documents will be gone. If you want to keep them, back them up before you delete or format.

okay no big. put in 2nd hdd and in your bios make sure that your hdd is the boot drive the frist one listed ... then when you boot G-mas hdd will show up as just another hdd... take you time if your pc has issue readding the drive and or it is encriped then you may need to just put her files on a thumb drive. but hooking it into your pc will do nothing "bad" too it

Thank you very much,I will do it right now but can i use hers sata cables?
