Question Moving to a new case

Moving to a much smaller room and need a much smaller PC, and mine ran too hot and too loud and drew too much power (10 HDDSs). I want it as small as possible, with as little thermal throttle as possible. Noise isn't an issue if it's cool.

I just need I need a case that fits these components, with space for x3 2.5" drives (a 4TB 2.5" game SSD and a two-mass storage 2.5" HDDs, one being the 1st's backup). I don't need/want room for anything else, I want the case small. Also fan recommendations for the case. If recommended an AIO I can get one, the Phantom Spirit struggles with the 5800X3D in sims like Beam.ng.

First of all: Phantom Spirit should have no problem at all with any Zen 3 AMD CPU so you either had an airflow or mounting problem.

These two would probably be the smallest which will meet your requirements with your hardware and do a good job of cooling:
