Hello! I recently bought a PC and was looking to upgrade to dual monitor. Currently the PC works for what I want (Warcraft on medium @ 32 fps) but I want to get another monitor and run dual. One for gaming and another for webs, etc.

It seems newegg doesnt have the page up for the rig I bought.

basics are:
AMD FX-6300- 6 core 3.5 GHz
4g RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6450
500 PSU

The good folks over @ geek squad informed me I should be looking to upgrade ram and graphics because the dual screen is a heavy work load.

Thanks for the help!

Solution
If you use http://pcpartpicker.com/ and input your current setup, all items that pop up while browsing will have an auto-finder to match compatible items.
If you're only getting 32fps currently on one monitor, a new GPU wouldn't go amiss - if you don't want slight drops in framerate. And with modern software, 8GB isn't really going to be enough to run games and background tasks.

I think GeekSquad may be right on this one.

I would advise you to upgrade your GPU to something a little better. If you do so, you'll be A-okay given your current CPU and RAM (If you upgrade your GPU). WoW itself isn't that demanding CPU and RAM wise, I play it myself at 4K Ultra settings.

Thanks for the response guys/gals!

But I don't think my intent came through the first time. I had resolved to upgrade already. My issue is how/what? For instance I have been researching for a couple hours now and the only I have really learned is I really dont know much about this in terms of hardware.

For instance

Will those work in my PC? and as far as the GPU I have no idea how to tell if it would be compatible.

Yeah those RAM sticks will work fine, although may be a little overkill. You could comfortably run with just 8GB if you didn't want to spend as much.
