Mozilla Thunderbird problems.

Hello TH,
I work for a company who uses ThunderBird as their main email client to deal with emails. Up until Christmas, ThunderBird was working excellent up until now. When you launch ThunderBird, I get this message:

Once I click close thunderbird, it gives me this message:

Once I click OK, the program doesn't open and hasn't been able to run since what I'm assuming is an update. Does anybody know a fix for this? We need to get emails off the profile at least because we need to read/check them.

Your company should have a System Administrator who should be able to deal with that. if not try terminated thunderbird from task manager>processes and starting it again.

There isnt an instance of TB running, I have checked this already.
