Question mp3 player not recognized

I bought 2 mp3 players and both act the same but I am just trying to get one working first. Windows 10. I have other mp3 players that work. This one shows on Control Panel/Devices and Printers but I can't do anything with it. Does not show on Windows Explorer. I want to load files onto it. I updated all the drivers for USB Serial Bus Controllers. Please help!!!

This is what Control Panel says:
Manufacturer: SINO
Model: USB2.0(HS) MP3 Player
Model number: Unavailable
The small paper with almost no instructions does not give any name. I can't find any packing slip that came with it. I purchased from Walmart.com but from a different seller and I would have to look that up to find any more information.
