Mpower vs Mpower Max

I recently purchased the mpower with the 4770k as a combo deal which saved me about 110 dollars. The mpower max had a similar deal with the 4770k, but you only saved 35 dollars. Is there a big difference between the two motherboards in terms of performance? Just looking for reassurance that I made the right choice, lol. Thanks.

No, basically none in overall performance, it's in the features like additional port/slots, etc, basically HYPE type advertising

Based off what you said, don't think it would at this point. I'd be paying 75 dollars more. Plus, the mpower already came in the mail today. The only thing I have a question about the power phases. The regular one has 16, while the max has 20. What does this mean?

Unless you are going to be extreme OCing (very, very extreme) then nothing really and not even sure if I believe it amounts to anything on their mobos

I see. So I'd be easily able to overclock to 4.5 ghz or so (with the appropriate cpu cooler) without a problem?
