I want to upgrade my PC from a i5-2310 to an i7-3770k. But I have read that I need a BIOS update for it to work. Where can I find this BIOS?

Usually OEM Boards dont have any bios update, the latest i could found is version 209 after i dive deep to an old forum.

If you wanted to, i have the bios file, i inserted the required microcode to boot, but wont gurantee it will work (unless you have a 3rd gen cpu from anywhere else to test with).
