MS Word No Icon

hey guys i recently just installed ms office 2007 onto my new pc and i've noticed that on the start menu as well as on the desktop my ms word doesn't seem to have an icon, it does but it's different it kind of looks like an error icon although the app is working just fine. this is only happening to word. excel, power point, and everything else's icons look just fine. how do i fix this?
 
Solution
Delete existing Word shortcuts.
Now find the file winword.exe in Windows Explorer.
Right-click and drag to your desktop.
Release & left-click "Create shortcut here"

Now rename that shorcut to Microsoft Word.
