mSata Mini Halfsize

Ok so I had a dell laptop that died. I scavenged the mSata and 2.5 hard drive out of it. Searching the web reveals it is a intel mSata. It is 32GB in capacity. I have been searching for an external enclosure which can bridge it to USB 3. I have found one but researching I found some SSDs that were referred to as mSata Mini (Half Size). It seems to me the naming is redundant in that the "m" in mSata is for mini. However just to make sure is there only one size of mSata card used in laptops? I don't get the (Half Size) in the description?

I believe there are actually two different sizes for the mSata drives. The regular ones and the "Half-size". It is the same with mPCI-E.

You can clearly see the difference in those pictures. A half-size mSATA will fit in a regular-sized slot, but the opposite is not true.
