MSConfig in WIndows 2000

Where is it? I've used it to change startup files, and check for spyware/worms, on WinXP and WinME, but I can't find it on Win2000. So where is it? Anyone.

Micro$oft didn't include msconfig in Windows 2000 but it did in Windows XP. You can run msconfig in Win2000 by using the XP version. I think the ME version works too.
