msi 1070 gtx issues

Hey Guys,
so i recently got a msi 1070 gtx gaming z, its supposed to have 3 different mode with different clock ( silent, gaming, and OC). however no matter what profile i select it stays at "gaming mode". basicallly by base clock and boost stays the same under silent mode and OC mode.

I tried to uninstall/ reinstall and also tried manually adjusting the clocks from afterburner but it still detects as my base clock as the one for gaming mode. i can push the boost clock further by adjusting offset but i dont want that. i just want to adjust the base clock using the new graph system

There is soon going to be a large scale rollout of BIOS updates to all major GTX 1070 cards on the market. You're not the only one having problems with this model.
