MSI 1070ti No Signal

PC Specs:

ATX NZXT H440
SEASONIC M12II-620
MSI nVidia GeForce GTX 1070 Ti ARMOR 8G
ASROCK Z370 PRO4
AOC Value Line 27V2Q

So I tried to build a pc for almost 9 hours (my first one), and when I finally figured out where is pin's for power button I got - "No Signal", both on HDMI and DP, and HDMI on the motherboard. Can you show me some guide on how to properly connect all thing on this motherboard. Or at least how to properly install a graphic card.

You need a CPU installed to actually boot up. Perhaps you missed listing it in your specs.
