MSI 2070 Super Clock Speed & Memory?

Is this right at idle on desktop?!
Weird thing... If my computer goes to sleep it jumps up and goes back down once I've got the display on and the computer is not resting.
Why?
Not even sure the ram is running right. I thought it was. It's 3200mhz.

What you see with the GPU is normal. It has to wake up, check things out (temps, fans, workload...) before engaging any power saving settings. Same thing happens with your CPU.
