Msi 290x trade with Asus Mars 760

Hello guys, i was offered to trade my msi 290x 4gb with an Asus Mars Rog 4gb and i cant find much information about the card.. So what do you suggest me to do?

It's a dual-GPU card that uses two GTX 760 (not ti) chips. Don't bother trading, not really worth it unless you don't mind the chance of microstuttering.

I guess technically it'll be faster, but only on games that utilize SLI. Otherwise it'll be slower when it can only run a single chip.
