MSI 780ti TwinFrozr VS EVGA gtx970

Which one is better? I'm planning to get one of these graphics card for my new gaming pc. I've seen results against these GPU and overall, the 780ti was better but i really want the 970. Please tell me which one is better? Thanks

the 780ti is going to be quiet a bit faster than the 970 and almost as fast as the 980, that said it's likely still more expensive the then both the 970 and 980 and is less efficient. what games do you play? if your not going too crazy with ultra crysis 3 and whatnot the 970 is killer for the price.

Not really playing any heavy high games, best at mid. I just saw the price of it, 400+ for a 780ti, thats about 75 more than 970

yeah i'd say either save the money and grab the 970, it's close to the ti and is more efficient which is great for your system. you should be able to play most games maxed out anyways so it's a great choice.
