Question Msi 970 Gaming issue

I don't know what to say, it has no signal, nothing shows up, after i start it instantly the gpu is in full load, and the cpu fan also, no beeping, nothing, motherboard issue, any ideea? Video down.

Video card is not really important, it is an ATI, but every card I put does the same thing, i tested 3 graphic cards.
