MSI 970 Gaming motherboard and AMD FX-8370 compatibility question

I'm in the process of helping my brother select parts for a gaming pc he's going to be building soon, and we've decided to go with the MSI 970 Gaming motherboard to pair with the AMD FX-8370 processor due to its cheap price and high specs/good reviews. The only problem I've seen so far is that someone told me AMD 970 chipset motherboards sometimes need a BIOS update to work with the Vishera CPUs. I'm wondering if I'm going to run into any compatibility problems if I go with these two parts. Specifically, I'm wondering if I'd have to update the BIOS prior to installing the Vishera processor, because if that's the case I don't have another AMD processor to do it with which renders the build useless. Also, if I need to update the BIOS but I can do it with the Vishera processor installed, is that possible? Any help is appreciated!

Solution
You should not need to update the BIOS for the Vishera processor. The CPU support list shows support for FX-Series Vishera FX-8370 only requires the original BIOS version M.0.
