msi 970 gaming

av just installed this motherboard an first i was getting no post with 3 beeps 1 long beep an 2 short beeps so i left it an tryed to contact msi what was a nightmare i have tryed to have a go to see if i have missed somthing an now when i turn my psu on the motherboard powers up without me turning it on but still no post and no beeps any one had this problem or any help how to fix this???

my full specs are msi 970 mobo fx6300 amd cpu 16gb vengence corsair ram 1000w psu hyper 212 heatsink 256gb ocz ssd plus 1tb (2×500gb) 770gtx 4gb palit jetstream gpu

No-name generic power supplies are not recommended. The motherboard powers up without turning it on is not a good sign.

i changed the cmos battery an its doesnt power up now when i turn on my psu an its a jeanstech psu an my ram is 2×8gb sticks i just get the 1 long beep an 2 short beeps and ino it says its a memory error or video error but i have only changed the mobo in my system a fully working system i also have a gaming pc with diffrent gpu an ram still 3 beeps
