MSI 970a-646 Isn't getting ethernet

I recently made a new computer, and when i get on windows and try to access the internet, it says I have no connection. I tried to install the winki driver, but it still gets no internet connections. This has happened since I made it, and I have tried restarting multiple times. I am using windows 8.1

Try downloading SIW http://www.gtopala.com/#axzz3Mx8dlIRX, and when it tells you your exact ethernet driver search it up and download it.
