msi a78m-e35 bios support

does every bios version of the msi a78m-e35 motherboard support the amd a4 4000 cpu???, cose i don't now what bios it has,
and can i use ddr3 ram 1866 mhz

Looks like it is from the first BIOS and on. Wouldn't hurt to update to the latest bios after you get the system up and running.

but will it boot up with ram at 1866 mhz (i don't care if it only uses 1333mhz only that it boot's up)

The A4 might not support 1866MHz memory. You might run into problems. According to CPU-World the A4 supports up 1333MHz memory.

The MB supports up 2133MHz memory with the right CPU or APU.
