I have a MSI GTX 1080 ti gaming X. I've maxed my power limit to 117% with a core clock offset of +85 and memory clock offset of +500. I noticed on one benchmark that my power limit exceeds the set limit.

The max power this card can consume is 330 watts. According to hwinfo, it went over the +117 and went up to +121. This resulted in 342 watts being consumed from by the card. Does anyone know why this happens? Why the power limit is being ignored? Will this be detrimental to the card? Yea, it's only an extra few watts but it is concerning. Thanks.
