Question msi afterburner not reading up some stuff cpu related

so as you can see in the picture im trying to get the reading /monitoring of these items, at least the cpu cooler speed and the voltage with no success.

any reason why is not working?

apparently this is the latest version so far, as you can see im using the 4.6.3
