Question Msi annoying norton antivirus

It does not matter how i install windows 11 my computer installs norton 360 becauuse its MSI.. and everytime i uninstall norton 360 i cant run any games from steam literally cant... what is wrong and how do i fix this?..actually a lot of things wont run at all without errors.

where did the windows 11 installation come from?

at first it came with the computer .. after that i reset my computer fully with the reset function in windows and it seems there is something with the bios or hardware that detects the settings it wants.

if you want it gone. get windows 11 installation media from microsoft website
reset just back to the factor, which came with the computer

what the exact error when you uninstall norton 360 and try to run steam?
check event log?

the games and apps dont give any error they just wont run..if i install with ms tool will i still have valid activation? or will i have to rebuy windows.

did you install steam after you uninstall norton?

nope ... its not just steam a lot of apps wont run ..i think its windows antivirus that is malfunctioning and messing up running access

check event log, check windows defender log. or like I said do a fresh windows 11 install
