Question Msi Armor Rx570 issue

Is this normal? everytime I open my pc, it will boot normally with out any issues however when I enter my home screen, my monitor will turn off for 2 seconds. After this, I will be able to play or work with out any issues. Is this normal?

Msi A320m mobo
2x8gb Averix rgb ram

1tb hdd

additioanl note i receive error 4101 display in event viewer
