MSI B250M PRO-VD BIOS update?

Hello,

I'm planning to upgrade my system. Among the upgrades, the MSI motherboard is also included.

As for the CPU, I'm willing to go with G4560. While searching on the internet, I found that for flashing BIOS update, I need a compatible CPU.

Now, my question is, does the motherboard support 7th gen Intel CPUs just out of the box? Or, I need to get an old gen CPU for flashing the latest BIOS?

B250M should work out of the box. flash is for 100 series. If it will post then it works. If you will not "post" then bring it to local IT shop, they will help you for few $
