I recently bought the motherboard for a Ryzen 3 1200. Everything worked outside of the case yesterday. I put the parts inside the case, connected all the cables, turned it on, and blam. Nothing. All i got was the EZ Debug lights flash in a row in a matter of maybe a second, and then nothing turned on. I tried disconnecting the power switch cable and using a screwdriver to connect the two pins, and again i got the same thing. Heres the thing, it only happens once per outlet. I plugged it in to 8 different outlits, and each one it only flashed once, and didnt do it again. I dont know what to do. IS there anything i can do at home? Or do i need to bring it into a shop?

Thanks for the help.

Solution
I've seen cases causing shorts plenty of times. Only solution was to replace the case.

Make sure all stand-offs are where they are suppose to be, but if the chassis is bent then it still might make a positive contact that will prevent posting.
