Does this board come with argb header? Or regular rgb headers?

Yes that mobo has both, regular RGB and ARGB headers.
Motherboard schematic from the manual:

The RGB headers are the JRGB1 down there (near the JAUD1), and the JRGB2 near the CPU power connector.

The ARGB header is the one called JRAINBOW1 near the JUSB3 header.
