Will the model B450M PRO-VDH PLUS be able to run a zen2 Ryzen 3600 ?????

Yes. You may need to update the bios to a new version for the Ryzen 3600 to work, but it will work just fine once you have. If you currently have that mobo and a current gen Ryzen, up date the bios from the manufacturers website here : https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450M-PRO-VDH-PLUS

and you will be good to go!

oh nice , and can this motherboard get a bios update without a cpu put in socket??? because my friend bought it and he wanted to buy a 3600 straight up , hes building the pc still.

It does not seem to feature MSI's BIOS FlashBack, which is required to update BIOS without a CPU. I'd plan on finding someone with a Ryzen 1000 or 2000 processor to update.

As far as I'm aware you need a Ryzen 1xxx/2xxx to update the bios. Before purchase ask the seller what bios is installed, then you can make sure before you buy.

Damn , i hope the dude who sold him the mobo comes up huge and updates his bios for free , he doesn't have any cpu (building the pc from 0) and the Ryzen 5 3600 is the one he wants to get.
