Msi b75ma p45 intel i5 3570k overclocking ?

So i have both of those and i can't seem to go above 38 cpu ratio.
Any way to fix this apart from getting a different motherboard ?
Please answet the question and don't tell me to get a different mobo. Thank You.

Why ask? You already know a new motherboard is required, but you don't want to hear that answer. I presume you bought a business motherboard because overclocking wasn't in your original plans.

Don't buy motherboards that aren't made for overclocking if you want to overclock. Now stop being silly and go buy a Z77 board.
