Question MSI BIOS wont boot to my 2.5" SSD even though it is recognized

MSI BIOS wont boot to my 2.5" SSD even though it is recognized and linux has been installed onto it. Do I have to set my BIOS to boot to it beyond setting the boot order which I already did?

I switched over to an HDD that I had with Windows 10 installed but everytime I start up the computer it loads the MSI BIOS settings regardless of the boot order or what I press on the keyboard... I'm not sure what is going on

and its a new/current build.

The issue is that in MSI's BIOS, if I press F11 on startup, shows a menu that says "Please select boot device", but the only choice is enter setup even though I have tried inserting an HDD and a 2.5". What is the problem?
