Hi forum!
This summer i build my system.. It has worked like a charm with exeptional performance.. Today however, while surfing the web, it died and while rebooting it got stuck in a reboot circle.. After cutting the power and trying a fresh boot i get stuck in the boot circle again. I've tried Clearing CMOS but it does nothing.. Im not reaching bios or even cmos.. Need some Troubleshooting help!

The system is as follows (stock speed on everything):
Msi p55 GD65 (http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=proddesc&prod_no=1846&maincat_no=1)
Intel i5 750 (http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=42915)
Crucial ballistix 2x2GB DDR3 (http://www.crucial.com/store/partspecs.aspx?imodule=BL25664BN1608)
Fractal Design PSU Newton r2 650W (http://www.fractal-design.com/?view=product&category=3&prod=38)

Hdd (and sdd) Is of no importance since i cant even reach bios..
Any thoughts? Thanks

It can be added that Ive tried a diffrent GPU (tried a nvidia 8600 instead of my Ati Radeon HD 5780) and tried changing the rams betwen slots.. Nothing

Adding some information: I've tried removing the MB from my case and it is now resting on a carboard box.. Tried starting it with less and less attached but now I've reached the end: With only PSU and CPU connected (RAM presence makes no difference) it starts up for about 15-125 seconds.. Diffrent every time.. If it lives long enough (about 60 sec) the CPU fan speed increases slightly.. Any thoughts?
