MSI Debug Code 46

I have a msi z97 gaming 5 mobo on my new build. But when I turn it on, it displays 46/47 on the LED. Help?

Or it might be the temp, if it is, I'm going to be pretty mad.

Could you please describe your problem in a bit more detail? My interpretation of the manual is that the LEDs will display the temperature when the computer is fully booted.

I feel incredibly stupid. I probably shouldn't reproduce. Turns out I plugged my monitor into the motherboard...
Well, I plugged it into the graphic card and it all works.

Actually, it seems like that's the code you get if you haven't selected a boot device for your OS, not the temp.

Ok, when I looked up codes on the motherboard manual, I remember seeing that it only gives error codes when booting, then changes to temperature, I think.

The PC still boots normally even though a couple codes shows up, but they don't stay and turn into temperature.
