MSI Dragon Eye

I am trying to use the MSI Dragon ye to on-screen record. When i try to open it, this statement appears "Dragon Eye cannot be ran with in-game overlay app- Gaming app OSD. Please close other in-game overlay apps and start again" Can anyone please help me out? any help is appreciated, thanks!

Well sounds like you are running OSD, as it says, and they both can't be run at the same time, as it says.

Thanks. That was incredibly helpful.
The only On-screen display running is...none. Only installed the MSi applications. Nothing in Task Manager that would indicate another OSD.

Does anyone actually have the app working, and can provide actual help rather than repeating what the error box says like a Microsoft employee?

in gaming app you have a buton that says "OSD" uncheck all and it wil work dragon eye
